“Corrected Transcript:
On the personal dashboard, there are one or more Kanban boards plus a task list. The Kanban boards themselves can vary in number. In this particular case, there’s a “Blog Amplification” and “Content Factory.” In both cases, those refer to a set of workflows that are running within the persona. For each of the Kanban boards, there are a number of columns, and on each one of those columns, there are a number of features to help use the Kanban board.
First of all, every column within a Kanban board relates to a folder within the Explorer view, which we’ll get to later. This shows the folder. Next to that is a trident symbol, a blue trident symbol, which is the workflow rule that is running on that folder. Then there’s a pencil icon to edit aspects of the Kanban column. And there’s an “X” to indicate that you can delete one of the columns in the Kanban view. You can move these around with drag and drop. And you can also decide whether or not to show or hide images for the items within a Kanban board.
This button right here shows you how to add a column to a Kanban board, which would be the opposite of this delete button. The pencil icon allows you to change the name of the Kanban board. The trash icon allows you to delete that particular Kanban board. To switch between Kanban boards, you just use the dropdown box like so, and it remembers your selection between movements, between personas and other pages.
We’ll cover the rest of these items here in subsequent videos.”
