Okay. The Content Agent is the last tab in the list of persona tabs. This is actually an external app. What you’ll type in here will be your app name, which is the part before “.result.com”. So, in this particular case, my app is named “sites.result.com”. Yours is going to be a letter and number combination, and then I’m going to put in the same password that I use to log into ResultFlow, and then I log in. The Content Agent is where you’re going to do your content planning. It’s where you’re going to define and refine your customer avatar, come up with topics for your blog, and then create titles from that. You will load those into feed folders in ResultFlow and kick off the process to create that content. It gets posted to your blog and it comes back through ResultFlow and gets promoted to your Facebook page. Everything is wonderful. From here, you can select a persona. Obviously, I have lots of personas. You’re not going to have that many generally. And when you’re done, you log out. It’s pretty simple from that perspective.
