Using Content Agent Part 1

  Content Agent

“Corrected Transcript:
An essential aspect of content marketing is, of course, having content to market with. There are various ways to come up with that content, and while we don’t prescribe any particular method, you can use external services, of which there are several. However, we offer our own service called Content on Demand. Along with that, we have a Content Planner named Content Agent. Both are available within your persona. So let’s dive in.

You go into the persona that you’ve imported and likely configured for your business. In the hamburger menu, you’ll find Content Agent at the bottom. Click on that, and it will take you to an external application integrated with ResultFlow. The application asks for the portion of your login URL that precedes “resultflow.com.” In this example, it’s “22point.resultflow.com.” Yours will be a similar alphanumeric combination. So, I’ll enter “22point,” not my email address that I use to log in. The owner password is the same as the one you use to log into ResultFlow, so I’ll enter that as well.

Once logged in, I’m connected to Content Agent and integrated with my ResultFlow application. From here, I select the persona I want to work with. In this demonstration, I’m using the Solo Edition of the app, which is limited to one persona.

Across the top, we have Home, which is where we are now, followed by Avatar, Topics, Titles, and Orders. You proceed in order from left to right. The first step is to define or refine the Avatar you’re marketing to. This will be your ideal customer or prospect. You want to define who you want to see your messaging because those are the people you’re trying to sell to. The Topics will be derived from the Avatar description, and these will be the subjects you should write about to attract the people in your Avatar. From there, you’ll derive article titles, and then you’ll import those into ResultFlow to create content using the Content on Demand service. Alternatively, you could write the articles yourself or use other services to write them.

Now, let’s go through this step by step, starting with the Avatar. Most of this is straightforward to fill in. I’ve provided some placeholders here. The main result of this is the Avatar field, which is then stored in ResultFlow and used in various places when creating content. You can iterate on this, modifying it as you go along until you get something you’re satisfied with. Then you’ll proceed through the rest of the process, starting with the Avatar.”
